I knew I should have waited. Less than a month after I bought my Macbook, Apple announces the exact launch date of Leopard, the latest, most impressive Mac OS X which will sweep away all other operating systems in the history of man. (Okay, whutever).

Gaah. I suddenly hate these Apple people. WHY NOW? When I got mine just a few weeks ago! Pft! Silly me for not reading too much. I should’ve seen this coming 
I read from one of Migs’ twits, though, that Apple usually gives free upgrades when you just got your Mac. Izthattrueee? Anyone can confirm this? I sooo want that Leopard.

Better contact the retailer you got your Macbook from. If they don’t have program for that. Contact Apple for clarification.

I’m not sure about the free updates but I would definately call and ask. I almost ordered a new IMac in August but I held off just for the new OS.

i am almost sure about a free upgrade because the same thing happened to iLife 08 for those who bought new macs before it came out. but this is an OS, so lets see. november 8 is the launch date in the PH.

Then again I bought it in Singapore so that’s why it’s there na.
